Oana Munteanu
Oana graduated the Law School of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University in Iași, class of 2012-2016. She followed the Master’s Degree in Business Law at the same University.
At this time, Oana is a PhD student in Comparative Private Law, holding seminars and lectures in civil law.
She passed the Bar exam in September 2016 and joined our team in March 2020. Before she became part of our team, Oana worked in a company of insolvency practitioners.
With 7 years of practical experience, her practice area is focused on Insolvency, intellectual property and civil law.
