Gabriela Gheorghiu

Graduate of Law Faculty of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iasi in 2000, the 1996-2000 promotion, but also of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of the same University in 2001, the 1997-2001 promotion, is a member of the Iasi Bar since 2000.
After a six-year collaboration (1998 – 2004) within the Law Office “Volovăţ and Associates”, starts her own law firm in 2004.
The Master’s degrees completed at Faculty of Law (2000-2001), Faculty of Informatics (2001-2003) and Faculty of Psychology (2004) contributed to having a complex vision on the law and related fields.
A fluent English speaker, she keeps a good communication with our international clients in a multinational business environment.
With 23 years’ practical experience in the profession, she works in the field of labour law, tax law, public procurement, administrative litigation, insurance law, multinational companies, intellectual property, major real estate transactions, insolvency, tort law and contract law.
